Our Founding History

The Prayer Foundation

August 14, 2021 - Katoloni Prayer Centre

This program started with prayers at Katoloni Prayer Centre with a team of pastors known as the ONENESS INTERCESSORY PRAYER TEAM. This team, comprising pastors from different churches, had gone to pray for Kenya for a peaceful and stable general election approaching in August 2022.

Divine Message & Mandate

"Do not allow the country to burn after the election"

- Message from Bishop Dr Sikuku, Vision carrier

During this time, God delivered a clear message through Dr Bishop Sikuku and confirmed by a Bishop from CFF Murang'a, stating that the team should not allow the country to burn after the election.

Taking Action - Mobilization Begins

After three days of fasting and prayers, the mobilization of churches and pastors began within Kayole and Soweto. This led to a major step forward at Jacaranda ground in Embakasi East Constituency, where two political groups had clashed.

Historic Peace Meeting - July 6, 2022

A landmark reconciliation meeting

Utilizing their good relationship with the local administration, the team planned a meeting for:

Political Reconciliation

Mediation between Hon. Francis Mureithi and Hon. Babu Owino's political groups

Spiritual Guidance

Prayers and seeking God's direction for lasting peace

Historic Achievement

Both parties signed an agreement to maintain peace. This successful action affirmed that partnership between the church, local administration, and Kenya police service works to deliver the country from evil plans and maintain the peace we enjoy today.

The Foundation of Our Success

This historic intervention laid the foundation for HEA's approach to peace-building through partnership, prayer, and practical action - proving that unity between church, government, and community leaders can prevent conflict and maintain lasting peace.
